Natalie Sutto, RN, BSN, PMA®-CPT
Natalie began studying Pilates in 2004 as a way to increase flexibility and core strength. Her foundation as a Registered Nurse naturally lends a whole body fitness approach to her practice. Natalie believes Pilates is for every body and every age; it is restorative for individuals recovering from cancer, knee/hip replacements, and injuries, and it is balancing in the way it works to create a strong core and lean muscles for children and adults. Natalie specializes in developing safe and challenging programs for all ages and abilities. In addition to working with clients with rehab and general fitness goals, Natalie works with youth athletes to include ballet, hockey, swimming, football, tennis and soccer to help prevent injury and muscle imbalances. Clients range in age and abilities from age 10 to 101!

Monet Stunson, PMA®-CPT
Monet is a nationally certified Pilates Method Alliance instructor. She received her initial training from The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado, where she completed training on all Pilates apparatus including mat work. Monet was working as a sports performance and strength training coach when she discovered Pilates. She loved the way it made her body feel and enabled her to perform better and stronger. She knew she wanted to share this method with her clients. Monet has also completed Barre and TRX certifications and is excited to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Abigail discovered Pilates while pursuing a degree in dance at the UMKC’sConservatory of Music and Dance. After earning her BFA, she moved back to Saint Louis and begin teaching and dancing professionally throughout the city. Abigail has the privilege of dancing with Karlovsky & Company Dance and Central Studio’s non-profit, Collective Motion as well as teaching in senior living facilities with VitalityBallet. She began her comprehensive Pilates training through the Core Dynamics Teacher Training Program early 2018 and fully realized the power of movement for mental and physical healing. Under the instruction and mentorship of Kevin Bowen, Mary Ellen Bryan, and Kristen Davis, Abigail recognized how fortifying the mind-body connection can create balance, control, and confidence that follow clients out of the studio and into daily life.
Julie grew up as a competitive gymnast. After trying Pilates for the first time she was hooked right away! She has been practicing Pilates for the past 20 plus years. After a orthopedist told her to stop running as a result of scoliosis she turned to Pilates. Pilates was a perfect fit and a way to strengthen her back and total body. After 20 years and a love for Pilates she decided to study and teach others the joy of Pilates.
